‘Speak No Evil’ is so AAAAAAAAAAAAAH

"Speak No Evil" is one of the best movies I’ve seen this year. But if I recommend it, nobody will ever talk to me again.

‘Three Colours: Blue’: A Great Beginning

This is probably one of the most impactful films I have ever watched, and one that everyone else should watch as well.

‘Men’: A Very Hollow Comedy

There is nothing really to say about this movie. It has a short runtime, but it seems to go on forever.

Rochester Philharmonic Orchestra brings the magic back to ‘Harry Potter’

The direction of the score adds a different layer to the movie and can give viewers an entirely different interpretation of the original message.

‘Smile’: or, a eulogy for Mustache

Creepy smiles, good scares, dead cat. Four out of five stars.

‘The Needle’: in no particular order

The more I think about 'The Needle,' the more I seem to enjoy it.

‘Do Revenge’: an homage to the enraged teenage girl

Both female leads of "Do Revenge" were rage-filled, unhinged young women. And I loved them for that. Finally, I saw myself on screen.

‘Marcel The Shell With Shoes On’: no hollow film here

"Marcel the Shell" has such a whimsy that is reminiscent of both Ghibli and Pixar’s greatest hits.

‘Yahha’: As experimental as the Soviet Rock scene

The perfect way to say what this film is in between, but not fully, in the states of narrative film, documentary, or even experimentalism.

‘Pinocchio’ (2022): Disney wished on another wrong star

I cannot find any joy in this film, even as a guilty pleasure. I find nothing but pure unadulterated nihilism.
