To the Editor:

I receive the Campus Times Online weekly in my email and I appreciate the service as it keeps me in touch with the goings on at my alma mater. However, I wish that you, your staff, or those at College Publisher would find a way to resize your story images before you post them. Inevitably I click to a story and the image is so wide (and the site does not adjust horizontally to accomodate the image and text) that it literally covers or overlaps the first few paragraphs of the story. For a prime example, please see this week’s article titled, “One Last Toast”. I have tested on IE 5.5, IE 6.0, and Mozilla 1.4 all with the same results. I would be more than happy to provide screenshots if you are interested.

I would love to read MORE about UR and hope you can correct the matter.

Yours,Kristina (Curro) Boyer, ’98

Please stop messing with my pants

It started off with small things. One morning, the cuffs of my pants were slightly shorter, almost imperceptibly so.
